Digital Campaign Specialist Overview:

The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing personalized offers and coupons to enhance customer loyalty. This role will deliver targeted, data-driven campaigns across various channels. The specialist will work collaboratively with multiple internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies that align with larger business goals.


Digital Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly campaigns for all banners, regions, and tactics, including mass basket builders, personalized offers, supplier-funded offers, department-level offers, and digital exclusives.
  • Assist loyalty and analytics teams with QA of output files fixing errors and reducing redundancy in downstream systems.
  • Work closely with internal and external technology partners for maintenance, updates, and bug tracking on platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Loyalty, Merchandising, Advanced Analytics, and DTC to deliver weekly campaign files
  • Manage project details such as logging tickets, updating project management tools, testing new features, recording release notes, and signing off on final releases.
  • Actively manage the end-to-end offer creation process, ensuring timelines and schedules are adhered to
  • Stay informed about broader marketing and organizational goals, participating in workshops, and recommending system refinements for efficiency.


Digital Campaign Specialist Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing or Advertising experience
  • Project coordination experience
  • CMS tool experience
