Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to manage the testing and quality assurance efforts for MS Dynamics 365 CRM. This role focuses on leading a team, automating tests, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality CRM solutions. The candidate should have deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and automation tools like Selenium, C#, Java, and EasyRepro.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team in testing MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and customizations.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and automation frameworks for MS Dynamics 365 CRM using Selenium, C#, Java, and EasyRepro.
  • Test Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and CoPilot AI functionalities within Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Perform API and data integration testing to ensure seamless operation across integrated systems.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation, including Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Defect Reports.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues specific to MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Coordinate testing activities with offshore teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of QA experience specifically with MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • 2+ years of experience with Selenium, C#, Java, and EasyRepro for automating CRM tests.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and CoPilot (formerly PVA) testing.
  • Expertise in API and data integration testing within the Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
  • Strong understanding of test management tools like JIRA, and collaboration tools like Confluence.
  • Experience with Power Platform administration and CoE Automation Testing Studio preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven leadership in guiding QA teams through complex CRM projects.
