Job Summary


This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn as the right hand to a proven CEO with multiple

successful exits. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff to support our

CEO. This role requires a seasoned professional who can act as a strategic partner and right

hand to the CEO. The ideal candidate will help manage communications, lead projects, and

serve as an effective liaison between the CEO, clients, team members, and systems.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and

recommendations to support business objectives.

  • Communication Management: Oversee and manage all forms of communication on

behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and effective responses.

  • Liaison Role: Serve as a primary point of contact where sensible between the CEO and

internal/external stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Coordinate and lead key projects, ensuring alignment with

company goals and timely execution.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas,

taking minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Prioritization: Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and commitments to optimize

productivity.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement

efficient workflows.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and

professionalism.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a project management, consulting or similar role,

preferably within the tech industry.


Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.


Knowledge:


  • Familiarity with the property management and lending industries and their

trends is a plus.
