Responsibilities:


  • Coach and mentor team members to embrace Agile values and principles, ensuring fluency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Drive the development and implementation of Agile artifacts and practices, fostering adaptability and responsiveness within the team.
  • Act as a servant leader, facilitating team collaboration, removing impediments, and empowering autonomous decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Software Developers to deliver iterative, value-driven outcomes.
  • Manage team resources dynamically, fostering collaboration and communication among team members and external stakeholders.
  • Guide the team in navigating uncertainties and complexities, promoting transparency and facilitating risk management.
  • Engage executive stakeholders in strategic conversations, co-creating roadmaps and frameworks aligned with Agile principles and business objectives.
  • Ensure business operations adhere to Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and optimize Agile practices.

Desirable Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certificate in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile environments.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration within Scrum teams.
  • Expert level proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira & Confluence, emphasizing adaptability, collaboration, and real-time visibility.
  • Some degree of acquaintance with Test Automation principles, enabling continuous delivery and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles, facilitating rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, embodying the Agile mindset of continuous improvement.
