Agile Transformation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a Scrum Master - Enterprise Agile Coach, you will play a key role in driving our organization's Agile transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Coaching: Coach our development teams in Agile best practices, facilitating their adoption of Scrum framework and ensuring they are empowered to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Process Improvement: Lead the implementation of Agile practices across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance our delivery processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on Agile goals and objectives.
- Scrum Ceremonies: Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to ensure teams are working effectively and efficiently.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change management efforts, ensuring that stakeholders understand the benefits of Agile and are equipped to adapt to the new processes.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our Agile transformation and make data-driven decisions to improve our delivery processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
- 4+ years of software delivery experience in a large enterprise organization.
- Expert knowledge of Scrum framework and CSM certification.
- Experience with Agile planning tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Agile concepts, including User Experience, Design Thinking, and Kanban.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Expert problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
- Strong knowledge of financial services products and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
