Required qualification:

  • Must qualify for an Enhanced/Reliability clearance
  • Must pass a criminal record check
  • Bilingualism in English and French
  • Professional, self-starter
  • Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously; i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Collaborative style needed
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision


This position is located in Downtown, Ottawa, ON and is 100% ON-SITE and has a high possibility of offering permanent employment after an 11-week contract.


Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift (rotation between 8 am and 8 pm)
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
