The Role:


As Digital Experience Designer, you’ll join our dynamic creative team to lead advanced design projects and elevate our visual storytelling. This role requires a strong portfolio, expert-level design knowledge, and the ability to turn bold concepts into reality. The ideal candidate is passionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in collaborative settings with our EVP of Design and cross-functional teams.


You’ll specialize in creating:

  • Hype/sizzle videos
  • Motion graphics
  • Dynamic websites
  • Mobile applications
  • Digital experiences for retail environments (kiosks, mobile integrations, content)
  • Further define the opportunity for digital in all our work


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaboration & Ideation: Partner with the EVP of Design and creative teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute groundbreaking concepts.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
  • Digital Design: Craft visually compelling designs across digital formats using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, XD, etc.).
  • Web Design: Design websites, including wireframes and style pages, through platforms like XD or Figma.
  • Retail Digital Integration: Develop and implement digital elements in retail spaces.
  • Typography & Layout: Apply strong principles of typography and layout to enhance visual communication.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovate and provide alternative design solutions for various challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Review designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in professional digital graphic design, showcasing end-to-end project execution.
  • Portfolio: A robust collection of projects emphasizing brand identity, digital experiences, and creative problem-solving.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, XD) and related design tools.
  • Web & App Design: Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and designing responsive web and mobile applications.
  • 3D Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D modeling and design is considered a strong asset.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines efficiently.
