We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join our dynamic agency and act as the nucleus of web and media campaign projects to ensure excellence along a project’s journey.

What you will do:
Own resourcing requirements for a projectYou align cross-functional team members on the project’s expectations. You brief your internal project members on timelines and deliverables according to the project brief. This entails cohesively collaborating with project members in different departments on their contributions, such as working closely with the Strategy, Design, Development and Media & Analytics teams in developing implementation plans and tracking workflow analytics as well as with the Account Management team on SOWs and understanding the feasibility of project requirements from a financial perspective. You determine the resource requirements, monitor resourcing plans and effectively communicate resourcing needs to stakeholders. You provide highly proficient end-to-end execution of the project/campaign strategy and objectives.
Champion day-to-day management of tasks and inbound requestsYou prioritize keeping project schedules on track and that all tasks are completed with excellence to meet project milestones. You lead check-in meetings and know what each project member is actively working on and what resources they require to be successful. Overall, you ensure planned activities are being executed successfully. In addition, you facilitate their success by anticipating potential upcoming challenges and proposing solutions to remove barriers. As part of your day-to-day project management, you manage status reports and ensure the completion of timesheets by internal project members. You maintain overall project hygiene by upholding clean and orderly documentation. You are the glue between multiple moving components.
About You:
You’re an established intermediate project managerYou’ve successfully managed web, digital marketing, and campaign projects with budgets of up to $300K, media spends of $10K a month. You have enough agency and/or consulting experience to allow you to be comfortable working in a fast-paced nature. This means you can handle a high volume of complex projects simultaneously.
You know a marketing campaign inside outYou know what a media buy and strategy looks like and how a production schedule and timeline can be set up optimally. You’ve previously worked with studio teams, producers, creatives, copywriters, programmatic and others in the execution of media campaigns.
You’re a holistic thinkerGiven the number and complexity of projects you’ve managed, you have the ability to identify risks by looking at the bigger picture. This means you’ll have no problem context-switching between different projects across different clients. You look at a request and understand what is being asked. You foresee the impact of each action and anticipate any associated risks.
You’re resilient and calm under pressureAs the nucleus of a project, you’ll set the tone for how members feel about their contributions. You motivate and instill confidence into campaign stakeholders while keeping the tone of a project calm. Especially in the case of unforeseen obstacles. This can be tough to do within a remote capacity but for you, it’s no problem.
You’re a solution-orientated communicatorSuccess as a project manager is often the result of optimal, effective communication. Your top-notch orchestration skills will come into play as you’ll be aware of where things are at all times. You communicate clearly in establishing and managing resourcing needs and timelines with stakeholders. You’re the expert who can flawlessly keep the ball rolling. You have a solution-oriented mindset. You’re able to think of a potential solution to a problem and bring it to team leaders for discussion.

In addition to your salary of $65,000 - 70,000 CAD, your compensation package includes a comprehensive health benefits plan, 2 weeks of vacation, a flexible schedule, education benefits and other paid time off throughout the year.
