Responsabilités:
- Gestion des comptes clients : Être le point de contact principal pour les clients en gérant toutes les phases du processus de vente, renforcer les relations avec les clients actuels et nouer de nouveaux partenariats.
- Développement des ventes : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour réactiver les comptes inactifs et optimiser les ventes.
- Marketing : Utiliser des programmes marketing éprouvés pour attirer et fidéliser une clientèle variée.
- Communication avec les clients : Interagir avec les clients et les prospects par téléphone, courriel, et à travers des offres promotionnelles, en fournissant des devis précis et en confirmant la disponibilité des stocks.
- Résolution de problèmes : S'adapter aux besoins des clients en proposant des solutions personnalisées et efficaces.
- Gestion du territoire : Gérer votre secteur attribué avec autonomie, en utilisant les outils et les ressources de Del Métal.
Qualifications:
- Expérience de 2 ans en service client ou en vente, de préférence dans le domaine industriel.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais.
- Connaissance des logiciels CRM, passion pour la vente et un fort désir d'apprentissage.

Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing all stages of the sales process, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and establishing new partnerships.
- Sales Development: Develop and implement strategies to reactivate dormant accounts and optimize sales.
- Marketing: Utilize proven marketing programs to attract and retain a diverse clientele.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients and prospects through phone, email, and promotional offers, providing accurate quotes and confirming stock availability.
- Problem Solving: Adapt to client needs by offering tailored and effective solutions.
- Territory Management: Independently manage your assigned sector using Del Metal's tools and resources.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the industrial field.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- CRM software knowledge, a passion for sales, and a strong desire for learning.
