Position: Sales, Marketing & Operations Director

✓ Responsible for all acting as Commercial (Sales–Product–Marketing) and Operations Executive;


✓ Responsible for all acting as internal Admin., Backoffice for the Management area answering to the Managing Director.

Qualification for the Position:

✓ OPC Licence (Travel Agent);

✓ Expertise - knowledgeable working with Tour Operators & Travel Agencies in the following fields: Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations is an asset;

✓ Expertise - Knowledgeable in the following fields: Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations;

✓ Fluently in English and French (high proficiency level speaking, listening, reading and writing);

✓ Expertise – Knowledgeable using TTS - Sirev (Soft Voyage);

✓ Additional asset: speaking Spanish.

Job Description:

Sales & Marketing Area:

✓ Develop and implement the Sales Plan of the company performing all necessary actions to guarantee the accomplishment of the sales targets;

✓ Supervise the Brochure design process and updates;

✓ Liaison person with Travel Agencies / Travel Agents, Chains / Consortiums and the Consumers;

✓ Quoting all king of request from the Trade and the Consumers;

✓ Negotiate the Preferential Contracts with top producers Travel Agencies / Chains and Consortium;

✓ Implement and supervise the commission structures with Travel Agencies;

✓ Carry out the Sell Off process on permanent basis;

✓ Supervise the contracting process with all Providers developed by the Product Department of the Group, being part of the process, recommending and taking the proper actions correspondingly;

✓ Supervise the Product and Services design process developed by the Product Department of the Group, being part of the process, recommending and taking the proper actions correspondingly;

✓ Develop and implement the Marketing Plan of the company performing all necessary actions to guarantee the accomplishment of the marketing targets;

Product & System Area:

✓ Develop the ITC and FIT Products and any other Product and Service to sell;

✓ Develop new Products and Services to sell.

✓ Set up the Mark Up Policy;

✓ Supervise the following processes:

o Input Air and Land Contracts in the System;

o Build up all Products and Services in System (ITC, Land, Air, others);

o Charge all Costing in System;

o Charge all Remarks in System

o Generate Costing Prices for FIT, ITC products and any other Products and Services;

o Generate Selling Prices;

o Create Air and Land Inventories;

o Set up of Tickets, Vouchers and Invoices for FIT, ITC and any other Products and Services;

o Build up Selling Packages, Air Only, Land Only and any other Products and Services;

o Maintain all ITC, FIT and any other Products and Service loaded and updated in the System;

o Re-costing of Prices / Special Price Reductions;

o Adjust of Cost Lines in the System;

o Administer access to the System;

o Administer and maintain the System functionality and operations;

Operations Area:

✓ Accomplish with the whole Booking Process in System;

✓ Accomplish with the whole Manifests Process in System;

✓ Accomplish with the whole e.Docs Process in System;

✓ Accomplish with the whole Inventory Process in System, maintain control and guarantee complete accuracy of all air and land inventories;

✓ Handle Destination Reps requests for hotel changes, air seat sales, others and update Destination Reps on any operational changes;

✓ Supervise the following processes:

o Call Center for the Trade and for the Consumers;

o Customer Service for the Trade and for the Consumers;

o Follow up on no - show passengers, cancelled and/or modified bookings. Adjust files accordingly. Update Suppliers and Destination Representatives;

o Reporting of Bookings to Suppliers daily and send recaps when necessary;

o Supervise the release / stop sales of hotel inventory;

o Organize Call outs for schedule changes, hotel relocations, flight cancellations;

o Handle protection for Passengers affected by a Force Majeure event while at destination and before arrival / departure;

Management Area:

✓ Responsible for acting as Backoffice Manager to ensure the functionality of the company.
