Job Title: Human Resources Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Location: On-site fully near Burrard Station

Compensation: Starting at $80,000 annually


About the Role: We are currently seeking Human Resources professionals at various levels to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver dependable and commercially oriented HR guidance to a diverse clientele over the phone, addressing a wide spectrum of HR inquiries from routine to intricate.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver expert HR service for client formal meetings.
  • Develop and deliver customized HR training programs.
  • Conduct impartial workplace investigations.
  • Assist with termination process and documentation rollout.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes.
  • Travel for client meetings as required.
  • Manage workload to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team.
  • Provide prompt, high-quality reports.
  • Liaise with sales, advisory, and consultancy teams.
  • Consult with clients to understand needs.
  • Effectively manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Attend team meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping.


Qualifications:

  • Mandatory possession of CPHR/CHRL designation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advisory capacity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven setting, preferably within a shared service center, is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Organized self-starter committed to excellence in service delivery.
