Office Coordinator

We're looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator with strong administrative skills and experience in purchasing and stock level monitoring to support our warehouse team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Shift Times: 08:00am to 04:30pm
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Full Time
Pay Rate: $25-27/hour
Location: Bolton, ON
- Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling.
- Coordinating with vendors to procure supplies and materials necessary for warehouse operations.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishing inventory as needed to ensure adequate supply.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions and supplier information.
- Assisting in the resolution of inventory discrepancies and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Providing support to the warehouse manager and team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse office Coordinator experience is a must.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software preferred.
- Fluent in English & Tech Savvy.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and experience in monitoring stock levels is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
