Onsite Coordinator

The Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day activities of the Office Manager. This position will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Office Manager and other administrative staff. This position will also support the Director of Operations.
ON-SITE COORDINATOR
**Responsibilities**:
- Acting as a point of contact and communicating project status to all stakeholders
- Perform daily field visits and assist daily maintenance work with contractors &
technicians including troubleshooting customer calls
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information in an agile
environment;
- Measuring exterior railings;
- Update and continually maintain project activity log. Provide updates to internal
and external customers as required;
- Monitoring services rendered are within the client contract and scope;
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and
reports;
- Ensures that the tools, materials, and protective equipment provided by the
Company are maintained in good condition;
- Ensures quality and accuracy of the data and information delivered to customers;
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and organized;
- Valid Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver’s Licence;
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions;
- Ability to use measuring and marking equipment;
- Ability to work in buildings, including those still under construction;
- If there is relevant field experience its an asset;
- Possession of working knowledge of construction standards is an asset.
Schedule: Mon to Thurs - 7.30am to 5.00pm, Fri - 7.30 to 4.00pm
**Salary**: $40,000 per annum
