Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, result – oriented Sales Associate to focus on sourcing and engaging new investors for our real estate development projects in order to help us achieve our goals.
In this commission-based role, you will have the freedom to shape your schedule, drive your success, and earn based on your results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective investors through networking, cold calling, and other outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and confidence in our offerings.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our firm's offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven strong track record in sales, preferably in real estate investment, or financial services.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Completion of or progress toward the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFSE Exempt Market Proficiency Course
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
