Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Hospitality Sales Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, developing and executing customized sales programs, and analyzing program performance to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
- Design and execute customized sales programs that align with client goals and market trends
- Analyze program performance and provide insights to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and drive revenue initiatives
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless program execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- IHG and Choice brand experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales, client management, or program management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented focus
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $58,500 - $63,000 per year
- Quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus
- 15 accrued PTO days per year
