Le Coordonnateur Transport travaille en étroite collaboration avec toutes les usines et les entrepôts d’Agropur, ainsi que plusieurs clients majeurs afin de s’assurer que leurs besoins en transport soient comblés.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

Avec l’aide de OTM et des systèmes en place, il consolide les volumes entre les différents sites, suit rigoureusement tous les déplacements afin de confirmer les mouvements, de comparer les factures des transporteurs avec les pièces justificatives et d’approuver les factures après avoir confirmé que nos besoins ont été comblés;


Effectue le suivi avec les transporteurs pour que les besoins en transport et en livraisons hebdomadaires ainsi que les besoins des clients internes et externes soient satisfaits;


Planifie les horaires de transport et coordonne la prise de rendez-vous chez les clients dans un environnement de juste à temps;


Coordonne et suit à la trace les déplacements des remorques pour que ceux-ci soient faits le plus efficacement possible dans un mode juste à temps, de concert avec tous les intervenants de la chaîne logistique;


Est à l’affut des pistes d’optimisation et en assure la mise en œuvre en lien avec les intervenants concernés


Contrôle les coûts via les divers rapports et documents informatisés tels que : transport et coûts hebdomadaires, explications budgétaires mensuelles, vérification des factures, états financiers mensuels, rapports d’entretien, temps d’attente, location d’équipements, analyse des coûts, etc.;


Participe au maintien des exigences de la qualité, de la salubrité et de la sécurité des aliments;


Assure la gestion de la santé sécurité ainsi que l’inspection des entrepôts reliés aux réseaux de transport sous sa responsabilité;


Fait le lien entre l’équipe d’entretien et ses fournisseurs pour tous les aspects quotidiens qui touche l’entretien de la flotte.



Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

Baccalauréat ou diplôme d’études collégiales, préférablement en gestion des opérations ou logistique;


Une (1) à trois (3) années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire;


Très bonnes connaissances informatiques MS Office, Oracle, SAP, OTM et Discoverer;


Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec.
