Job Summary
We are seeking qualified bus drivers with B & C or F licences to join our team. As a bus driver with Coventry Transportation, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre- and post-circle checks on vehicles
- Provide professional, safe, and reliable service to clients, including during adverse road and weather conditions
- Monitor vehicle performance and report any major defects to the on-duty supervisor
- Complete reports on accidents or incidents as required
Requirements:
- 25 years of age or older
- Valid F license
- Clean driver abstract (within the last 30 days)
- 3 years verifiable insurance letter of experience
- Vulnerable sector check (within the last 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Niagara Region, Hamilton, and Toronto areas
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $21.13 per hour
- Group benefit package provided after the probationary period has been completed
