We do more than implement Workday with our clients, we complete some the tasks that they can't complete because they are doing Workday off the side of their desk. Most importantly we ensure that Workday operates efficiently on day one - because we know what it takes to operate Workday - not just configure it.


Our team consist of Workday experts that have an average of 7 years Workday configuration and operational experience. We are looking for individuals that can think and work outside the box; are willing to get their hands dirty right along side with our clients; and do the things that it takes to make a difference.


Role Description

This is a remote role for a Workday Finance Consultant. As a Workday Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday financial management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the Workday system, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, documenting processes, supporting and executing testing; assisting with change management activities and even help load and validate date to get the project over the line.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years prior experience implementing Workday Financial Management solutions
  • 2 Full Workday Project Implementations
  • 3-5 years operating Workday from a client side Finance operational perspective is ideal
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
  • Knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Customer Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
  • Ability to gather requirements, configure systems, and assist with client data conversion deliverables
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to multitask and perform a variety of duties
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to solve customer problems.
  • Good Analytical skills with ability to solve complex incidents, provide suggestions\best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
  • Workday certifications in Financials are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
