Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team on a commission basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for the outdoors and sports optics. The successful candidate will manage sales activities within Western Canada, from British Columbian to Manitoba, focusing on expanding our reach and meeting sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas in the designated territory.

·        Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

·        Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

·        Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments and engaging presentations.

·        Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on status.

·        Overcome objections from potential clients with effective communication and negotiation skills.

·        Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.


Requirements:

·        Proven experience in commissioned sales, field sales, or a related field.

·        Experience and knowledge of sports optics. Binoculars, range finders, rifle scopes, etc..

·        Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

·        Ability to solve problems creatively and handle customer objections.

·        Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

·        Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

·        Ability to work independently with little supervision.
