Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team. The IT Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and promoting our suite of IT solutions and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct initial calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant throughout the sales process.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of IT solutions and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients as needed.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or technology consulting, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and software development.
