Reporting to the Senior Director, Client Development as the primary liaison between the company and diverse group of clients, you will valiantly lead the agency’s efforts in developing strategic marketing initiatives to meet clients’ business goals. You’ll make a plan and you’ll communicate it to the client and your team members. You will oversee the project as it comes to life. You’ll manage budgets (there will be spreadsheets involved). And you’ll do it all with good humour and a can-do attitude.


Qualifications: 


  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience. Agency experience in marketing and/or advertising is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree from a recognized post–secondary institution
  • Proven communication skills including excellent writing ability
  • A team player with an aptitude for motivating cross-functional teams
  • Passion for client service
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage project financials
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office and Google equivalents (Doc, Sheets, Slides)
  • Digital certifications (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads) considered an asset
  • Familiarity with productivity software (e.g. Basecamp, Slack, Teams) considered an asset


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Works to understand clients’ business and operating environments
  • Oversees agency efforts to bring thoughtful, strategic ideas to the clients
  • Builds and maintains great client relationships
  • Coordinates projects across agency functions including research, strategy, creative, media, and digital activities
  • Capably manages financial details including project estimates, budget control reports and revenue forecasts
  • Develops comprehensive project timelines and manages activity accordingly
  • Works with team members to plan and manage agency resources across concurrent projects
