Le/la Représentant(e) des ventes est chargé de promouvoir la gamme de produits et applications de Signode Canada dans son territoire. Cette personne devra acquérir une vaste connaissance des produits et des applications de Signode. Il/elle devra promouvoir et vendre des systèmes d’emballage haute performance de Signode, ainsi que des consommables, équipements et les outils. Cette position est basée sur la province de Québec, idéalement dans la région de la ville de Québec. La taille du compte est entre 4 et 8 millions de dollars en termes de volume de ventes.


Principales responsabilités :


  • Atteindre et même dépasser les objectifs de vente en proposant tous les produits et services Signode.
  • Se tenir à jour avec la gamme de produits et applications de Signode.
  • Vendre des solutions aux clients qui répondent aux besoins des clients.
  • Développer, documenter et présenter la valeur d’entreprise « One Signode » à nos clients.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres membres de l'équipe sur la gestion des comptes, des projets ou des initiatives du département.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de service à la clientèle, de ventes internes et équipe de ventes.
  • Développer son réseau et trouver de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.
  • Coordonner les activités de vente allant du devis à la clôture de la vente.
  • Mettre en place un plan de gestion du temps et du territoire efficace qui maximise l'efficacité des ventes et permet le bon équilibre des appels de vente sur les comptes existants, nouveaux comptes et les perspectives de développement commercial.
  • Contribuer à l'information à la stratégie de vente et de marketing en partageant les opportunités de marché et les informations sur les zones concurrentielles.
  • Participer aux opportunités de formation et de développement afin de s'améliorer continuellement, d'améliorer ses performances et avancer sa carrière.
  • Aider le département des comptes a recevoir dans le but de collecter les sommes en souffrance.


Qualifications du poste :


  • Éducation : Baccalauréat préféré ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente consultative, expérience en vente industrielle préférée.
  • Doit résider dans le territoire assigné; Peut être appelé à voyager jusqu'à 65 %.
  • Forte aptitude en mécanique et en fabrication.
  • Capacité à utiliser un CRM et à lire des tableaux de bord sur PowerBi
  • Excellente maîtrise de MS Office.
  • Solides compétences technologiques et connaissance des médias sociaux pour stimuler l'engagement des clients actuels et potentiels.
