Requirements:.3+ years of experience in fleet management, operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and meeting performance goals.In-depth knowledge of the rideshare industry, EV technology, and best practices in fleet maintenance, management, vehicle acquisition, and remarketing.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
