Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Beauty Buyer to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products and services that meet the company's quality and cost standards. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market analysis, and the ability to build relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and source a wide range of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and personal care items, ensuring they meet Company’s quality standards and align with customer preferences.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms for pricing, quality, and delivery schedules to maximize cost-efficiency and value.

-Stay updated on beauty industry trends, seasonal shifts, and emerging customer demands to anticipate and quickly respond to market changes with relevant product selections.

-Monitor inventory levels, manage reorders, and coordinate with logistics to balance stock levels, meet sales forecasts, and prevent overstock or stockouts.

-Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and merchandising teams to plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions that enhance brand image and customer engagement.

-Support the company's rapid store expansion by ensuring timely product availability and creating strategies to meet inventory demands across new locations.

-Track and analyze product performance data, sales metrics, and market feedback to refine purchasing strategies, improve profitability, and align offerings with customer expectations.

Qualifications:

-3+ years of proven experience in buying, procurement, or a similar role within the beauty or retail industry.

-Strong understanding of beauty products, market trends, and customer preferences.

-Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain logistics.

-Experience in negotiating contracts, pricing, and managing supplier relationships.

-Knowledge of data analysis tools and the ability to track and analyze sales and market performance.
