Sales and Customer Service Specialist for Beauty

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The Sales Development Representative's responsibilities are:
**Responsibilities**
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers and to solicit new potential customers for multiple beauty and personal care brands
- Find new customers and increase the number of new accounts (retailers and licensees)
- Maintain and increase sales at existing accounts
- Representing our brands at events, internal and external to our facility
- Develop and execute on a sales plan focused on growing revenue targets
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements or inbound calls.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
- Collaborating with executives to ensure the company's sales goals and targets are met.
- Attend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure
- Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
- Attend trade shows and promote our products locally, national or international.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Sales and Education for a Haircare/Skincare/personal care brand
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
- Available to work flexible hours
- Mac Proficient
- Zoho or any CRM cloud based system

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the hair industry or beauty industry
- French Language is an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
- HAIR or COSMETICS Sales: 1 year (preferred)
