Our client, a leading automotive product distributer is looking to bring on a experienced and driven HR BP


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
  • Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including HubSpot, Sandler, serving as the primary point of contact for support and training.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR support and inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide oversight for a team of 80+ employees, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and key performance indicators for senior management review.
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects aimed at organizational growth and expansion.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of government policies and regulations.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR policies and procedures and leading HR initiatives.
  • Experience with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business-related purposes.
  • Knowledge of HR legislation and practices, including Employment Standards and Human Rights regulations.
