Role Overview
As a quota-carrying sales professional based in Ontario, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Jerone Nurse Call systems and associated products within the region. Reporting directly to the GM, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Jerone Nurse Call systems and associated products through prospecting, qualifying, and closing
- opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including hospital
- administrators and electrical contractors.
- Exceed sales targets and quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to surpass assigned quotas.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including hospital contractors, to maximize sales potential.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Nurse Call Systems and associated products.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions' benefits.
- Travel within Ontario and occasionally to other locations for client meetings, training, and demonstrations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive OTE compensation base salary plus commission on target.
- Full benefits package including health insurance, cell phone allowance, and allowance for mileage for travel within the territory.
- Opportunities for professional development and training, including visits to reseller headquarters and product demonstrations.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Mid to senior-level sales experience, preferably in medical device sales or related industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to effectively engage with executives and key stakeholders.
- Sales DNA with a focus on relationship building and consultative selling.
- Willingness to travel within Ontario territory as required with occasional visits to Edmonton
- Strong aptitude for sales, including territory management, pipeline metrics, and sales cycle management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to travel within Ontario with occasional visits to Edmonton.
