Job Summary:
As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising all clinical functions, operations, and staff, including therapists and supervisors. Your role is to ensure that we consistently offer high-quality clinical services in line with industry best practices while driving operational excellence. This dual role encompasses leadership, strategic planning, financial management, staff development, and regulatory compliance to optimize the clinic's performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the team of BCBAs, therapists, and supervisors.
- Ensure that clinical services adhere to policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with families, clients, and stakeholders to optimize individualized treatment plans.
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in ABA.
Operational Management:
- Plan, lead, organize, control, and evaluate overall operations to align them with the business vision, strategy, and plan.
- Lead high-performance, multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop goals and objectives to establish organizational alignment with the company's strategy and business plan.
- Identify and lead opportunities for organizational enhancement.
- Ensure clinical capabilities align with the business vision and are delivered to high standards.
- Foster an effective organizational culture.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including children, parents, families, staff, and regulatory bodies.
Strategic Planning & Development:
- Develop and implement the clinic's long-term strategy, set goals, and drive growth.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust the strategic plan in response to industry trends and changes.
- Provide training, mentorship, and career development opportunities for clinical and operational staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure the clinic complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and maintains accreditation and certifications.
- Assess and manage risks, ensuring the clinic's operations are safe and effective.
Technology & Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize relevant software and technology systems for clinic operations and data management.
- Oversee budget development, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
Compensation:
- Salary 100K USD per year Tax free
