We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with varied experience levels and a growth-mindset to join our pioneering team in the DFW metro area. Thriving in our fast-paced startup environment demands flexibility and versatility. You are comfortable wearing many hats to uphold our standards of clinical excellence and uncompromising compassion in client care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Supervision**: Directly oversee a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing training and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of care.
- **Caseload Management**: Maintain an active caseload of 10-12 clients, ensuring personalized and effective therapy. Direct involvement in therapy and supervision in clinic settings is essential.
- **Collaborative Integration**: Liaise with school representatives to deliver BCBA support in educational settings, enhancing behavioral support plans and interventions.
- **Comprehensive Training**: Lead initiatives to train parents, teachers, and staff in ABA principles, ensuring a cohesive approach to behavior modification.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Conduct detailed behavioral and verbal assessments for new clients, utilizing tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland III, and PEAK to inform individualized treatment plans.
- **Treatment Planning**: Develop and monitor customized treatment plans, adapting strategies to meet evolving client needs and achieve measurable progress.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Manage essential administrative and compliance tasks, including insurance documentation and case file management, to uphold the highest standards of operational integrity.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA underscored by a robust OBM track record.
- A Master’s degree or higher in a related field, with current BCBA certification.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a visionary approach to autism care.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Base Salary**: US$70,000 - US$85,000 depending on the depth and length of ABA experience.
- **Performance Bonuses**: Eligibility for up to 20% of the base salary in bonuses, contingent on meeting specific KPIs that reflect client satisfaction, team performance, and efficiency gains from AI implementation.
- **Immigration Support**: All necessary immigration and legal costs covered to obtain and maintain a work authorization in the United States during your tenure.
- **Profit Sharing & Equity**: Opportunities for profit sharing and equity options, vesting over five years, to ensure long-term engagement and success alignment.
