Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Canada

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic area. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively promoting products or services to meet sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a regional or territory-based role
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to generate leads and increase sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and establish trust with clients
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel 4 out of 5 days per week within the region.
  • Knowledge of electrical/technical products similar to what Wieland is selling.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Distribution preferred


Experience:

  • Experience using CRM
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • 5+ years in similar position


Expertise:

  • Fluently bilingual English and French, spoken and written
  • Technical expertise in relevant products or services
