Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Residential Flooring Sales/ Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from receiving tenders to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This position requires exceptional project management skills as well as front desk experience.


Salary: Will be based on previous experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients as they arrive and leave
  • Answer phone calls coming in
  • General reception duties
  • The ability to learn and develop sales experience
  • Qualify customers and provide them with the best customer service possible
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self motivated and results-driven
  • Learn and excel in our RFMS system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to read takeoffs and plans an asset
  • Friendly and outgoing


Training will be provided in both the front desk, sales, and computer systems.
