RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Le coordinateur/gestionnaire des opérations techniques joue un rôle crucial en assurant le fonctionnement harmonieux et efficace des systèmes et processus techniques au sein de l'organisation. Ce rôle implique la coordination avec différentes équipes, la gestion de projets techniques et la supervision des opérations quotidiennes afin de garantir des performances optimales et des temps d'arrêt minimaux.


RESPONSABILITÉS

· Coordonner les opérations techniques : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe informatique, les équipes d'ingénieurs et d'autres départements pour coordonner les opérations techniques et garantir l'alignement sur les objectifs du projet.

· Gestion de projets : Gérer les projets techniques du début à la fin, y compris la planification, l'exécution, le suivi et l'établissement de rapports.

· Maintenance et mise à niveau des systèmes : Superviser la maintenance et la mise à niveau des systèmes techniques et de l'infrastructure afin de garantir des performances et une sécurité optimales.

· Dépannage et résolution des problèmes : Identifier et résoudre les problèmes et défis techniques en temps opportun afin de minimiser les temps d'arrêt et l'impact sur les opérations.

· Amélioration des processus : Évaluer et améliorer en permanence les processus et procédures techniques afin d'accroître l'efficacité et l'efficience.

· Gestion des fournisseurs : Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs externes et les prestataires de services afin de garantir la fourniture de services et de solutions dans les délais impartis.

· Documentation : Maintenir une documentation précise et à jour des systèmes, processus et procédures techniques.

· Formation et développement : Assurer la formation et le soutien du personnel sur les systèmes et les processus techniques afin d'améliorer leurs compétences et leurs capacités.


EXIGENCES

· Le bilinguisme est requis car ce rôle exige des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec

· Baccalauréat en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.

· Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des opérations techniques ou de la gestion des technologies de l'information

· Solides compétences en gestion de projet, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément

· Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles

· Solides capacités de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail

· Connaissance des systèmes techniques et de l'infrastructure, du développement, des applications logicielles et de la sécurité

· Expérience de l'informatique en nuage, des réseaux et des protocoles de sécurité.

· 3 jours par semaine au bureau

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Operations Coordinator/Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of technical systems and processes within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing technical projects, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.


RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate Technical Operations: Work closely with the IT team, engineering teams, and other departments to coordinate technical operations and ensure alignment with project goals

· Project Management: Manage technical projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting

· System Maintenance and Upgrades: Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of technical systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security

· Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on operations

· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve technical processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

· Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions

· Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical systems, processes, and procedures

· Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on technical systems and processes to enhance their skills and capabilities


REQUIREMENTS

· Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

· Proven experience in technical operations or IT management role

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

· Knowledge of technical systems and infrastructure; development; software applications and security

· Experience with cloud computing, networking, and security protocols

· 3 days/week in the office
