Since 1993, Infodev EDI has been designing, manufacturing and deploying automatic passenger counting systems and other systems for buses, trains, trams, metros, stations and public and commercial buildings.
Also, we offer real-time web analysis software using cutting-edge technologies, allowing the transmission of information directly to mobile devices that will transform the public transport of tomorrow. Complete solutions using our integrated technology have been in service for years with major carriers around the world. Our technologies help transportation companies go green by optimizing their operations.
Functions:
  • Understand and meet the different needs of existing and potential customers: technical information, quotes, orders, etc.
  • Work closely with management, the sales representative (B2B), the project manager and the technical department to develop and maintain strong business relationships based on trust with customers
  • Always provide optimal customer service to current and potential customers
  • Provide added value to the customer's shopping experience
  • Make product recommendations
  • Provide, enter and track customer quote requests and orders.

Requirements

  • College or Bachelor degree (business administration, commercial management, engineering/technical or related field);
  • Excellent English, spoken and written (other languages an asset);
  • Understand or interested in technologies, electronics, informatics and technical fields;
  • Relevant professional experience of more than 3 years;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
  • Meet the company’s health, safety and confidentiality standards;
  • Relevant business experience in the technology sector (an asset)
  • Experience working with a CRM (an asset)

  • Able to work autonomously and in a team, results-oriented;
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills, structured;
  • Concerned about the client satisfaction;
  • Reliable, ethical, honest and showing leadership;
  • Good understanding of current technologies used in sales;
  • Positive attitude, good presentation and proactive;
  • Great writing skills in English (French an asset);
  • Ease of working in collaboration with their team;
  • Able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment;
  • Courteous and professional;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Demonstrated skills in work planning and organization;
