Le travail sera accompli dans le cadre du projet McIlvenna Bay, situé dans le centre-est de la Saskatchewan, au Canada, l'une des meilleures juridictions minières mondiales. Le projet McIlvenna Bay, doté de réserves minérales importantes et évolutives, est destiné à devenir la première mine de cuivre neutre en carbone au monde.


Afin d'assurer la réalisation de ce projet de grande envergure, G Services Miniers est à la recherche d’une personne expérimentée et motivée pour remplir les fonctions de :


Ingénieur(e) civil de chantier


Sommaire des responsabilités

Sous la supervision du Superintendant civil sur le chantier, le titulaire du poste fera partie de l’équipe dédiée à l'ingénierie et à la gestion de la construction des installations industrielles du site minier. Il sera plus spécifiquement appelé à :


  • Travailler avec le Superintendant civil sur la planification des contrats, l’approvisionnement, les livraisons et l’entreposage des matériaux et des équipements nécessaires sur le site.
  • Coordonner et superviser les travaux des contracteurs;
  • Préparer l’étendue des travaux, faire l’évaluation technique et participer à la sélection des fournisseurs;
  • Effectuer les calculs de la quantité de béton limite (« cut-off ») au moment de la mise en place;
  • Participer à la préparation du calendrier de construction du projet pour inclure les dates et la séquence des activités;
  • Évaluer l'avancement du calendrier et le mettre à jour régulièrement;
  • Contribuer à la conception et aux dessins des travaux temporaires tels que l'échafaudage, l’étayage, le coffrage, etc.;
  • Apporter une assistance en matière de contrôle de la qualité à des moments critiques, tel qu’avant une coulée de béton ;
  • Vérifier la conformité des spécifications du contrat et soumettre les certifications ou autres documents au personnel AQ/CQ approprié;la conformité des spécifications du contrat et soumettre les certifications ou autres documents au personnel AQ/CQ approprié;
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration des plans de travail, des plans de post-travail et des pré-plans;
  • Superviser la documentation des plans et le suivi des quantités pour le projet;
  • Veiller à ce que le département respecte les exigences en matière d'environnement, de santé et de sécurité, ainsi que les règlements de l'entreprise.


Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en génie civil ou autre diplôme équivalent;
  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (O.I.Q.), ou éligible à transférer sa licence d’une autre province canadienne;
  • Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en chantier dans des projets de construction civile ou industrielle lourde, dans le domaine minier est un atout;
  • Connaissances en ingénierie et en conception de structures en acier et en béton;
  • Expérience en planification ainsi que dans la gestion et le contrôle des coûts;
  • Connaissance des logiciels AutoCAD et Revit est un atout;
  • Aisance avec la Suite Office;
  • Être en mesure de communiquer en anglais et en français;

Informations supplémentaires

  • Contrat: fin du mandat estimée en juin 2025, fortes possibilités de prolongation ou de poursuite avec G Mining pour de futurs projets;
  • Horaire de rotations fly-in fly-out 14-14, 10 heures/jour au site;
