Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, empowered key player to join the Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport team in Leduc. For the key role of Front Desk/Night Auditor

Duties:

· Deliver exceptional guest experience

· Work scheduled are 7am-3pm 11pm-7am and 7am-3pm

· Answering telephones

· Checking in and checking out guests

· Balancing the day’s revenues; Complete required paperwork

· Preparing breakfast

· Maintaining clean work place/Covid-19 protocols

· Perform light housekeeping & cleaning of front desk area, and lobby area

· Complete required training

· Teamwork

· Work with minimal supervision

· Other duties Assigned

Qualifications required:

*Hotel and franchise experience considered an asset

*Hospitality experience considered an asset

* Must be available for weekends/Holidays

* Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), telephone and interpersonal skills

* Must have excellent computer skills

* Excellent problem-solving skills are required

* Work within a structured schedule, based on a long term commitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per year
