Job Description

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our amazing team This hybrid position is based in Cambridge Ontario, however, the location is flexible as this role is mostly remote and only occasionally in office.

Client Service Representatives provide service and support for internal and external clients. You will work closely with the Account Executive, Analyst and other members of the Integrated Solutions team including Leadership (aka, the internal team), to help deliver the Integrated Solutions value proposition.

As a Client Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere as well as:

Maintain communication between the internal team and clients Report back to the internal team on any client developments Become clients’ first point of contact for day-to-day service needs Help create tools and materials necessary to support the client’s needs Work directly with vendors to obtain necessary information or resolution Relative to Association business: Manage enquiries from interested members, provide support to active members, and promote the program to prospective members with a goal to grow participation Direct or indirect communication with client to provide support required in any of the areas identified below + correspondence with vendors (insurance providers, etc.) as required to meet the client’s needs: Contract interpretations Claims resolutions Billing issues Administration Interpretation of underwriting and administrative rules Accessing available services Employee communications Surveys Implementations Contract amendments Alternative plan designs INTERNAL SERVICE (in support of external service): Assist in the preparation of client deliverables Assist in the preparation of various calculation tools Preview, sort and organize data Support & manage internal processes related to implementations, amendments, flex plan re-selections, quarterly reporting, and renewals, annual hcsa re-allocations, etc. Create plan design summaries Update internal trackers and distribution lists Ensure client is registered with preferred provider networks Be the go-to for associates when Account Executive is not available

All-star candidates will have:

2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry 2+ years working Client focused with commitment for service excellence Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs Excellent reasoning, judgment and decision-making abilities Good verbal and conflict resolution skills, and very good written and listening skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset GBA or CEBS designation considered an asset
