Manager, Strategic Performance (18 Month Contract)

This role is responsible for supporting the revenue management, distribution & sales organization with the execution of strategic objectives/goals. The role is instrumental in driving organizational success by developing, implementing, and managing new systems, programs, and capabilities to improve the overall effectiveness of the Four Seasons field.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Planning

Support the activation of the Four Seasons Distribution Strategy with sales and revenue management product and systems, ultimately contributing to achieving SOP for the distribution strategy. Create and execute programs, initiatives, insights, and systems capabilities that drive strategic performance and enable revenue-generating teams to be more effective in their roles at Four Seasons Identify and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall field performance and effectiveness. Foster collaboration across departments and hotels and resorts to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution. Conduct research and data analysis to inform strategic decision making.

Project Management

Conduct project planning and execution activities, including but not limited to: Project planning and scoping Defining milestones and deliverables Delegating work to cross functional teams. Communicating project status Establishing rollout/change management plans.

Change Management

Effectively plan and lead cross functional teams to execute change management activities including education/training, implementation strategies, developing success metrics, and ensuring adoption of new programs and systems 

Vendor Management

Identify Four Seasons short, mid and long term business requirements with current and future vendors to meet evolving business needs and input into current vendors product roadmaps to benefit Four Seasons requirements Manage vendor relationships and continue to evaluate new capabilities and tools in the marketplace that can provide strategic value to Four Seasons and improve field performance.

What You Bring:

Project management, project execution, change management, and analytical skills. University/college degree preferred. Minimum 6 years’ experience in the areas of technology, sales enablement, with at least 3 years’ experience in a corporate/above property environment Knowledge of Amadeus/Salesforce Power BI reporting Varicent or similar incentive management platform Experience working with project management tools eg Jira, Microsoft Planner, etc Knowledge of Four Seasons sales systems and sales workflow process an asset. Ability to create impact and ROI analysis. Experience working with multiple vendors simultaneously. Ability to review and negotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors.

Ability to lead a working team without a direct reporting line. Ability to overcome obstacles with own creative drive and perseverance. Curious nature to explore new innovations and capabilities in the industry/marketplace.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
