Position Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Desk Adjuster  to join our inside claims team remotely in Canada .

Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will be responsible for evaluating commercial auto and property claims through loss investigation and negotiates settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships.

Investigation, collection, and analysis of claims information Evaluates coverage, liability, and quantum Negotiates, settles, and finalizes claims Accurate recording, reporting and presentation of files Maintenance of accurate billing, and time and expense records Work with manager to maintain client relations

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of technical experience in commercial auto and property claims handling Post Secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an asset CIP designation or working towards CIP designation is required  Licensed with ability to maintain a full adjusting license  Strong computer and reporting skills including Office 365 and Windows 10 A team player with outstanding customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and mathematical ability Able to manage multiple priorities Strong PC skills including application based skills Complete continuing education courses as required by Crawford and Company, province, or professional trade association

Nous recrutons actuellement un expert en sinistres pour rejoindre notre équipe interne de réclamations à distance au Canada .

Responsabilités

Le candidat qualifié sera chargé d'évaluer les réclamations automobiles et immobilières commerciales par le biais d'enquêtes sur les pertes et de négocier des règlements conformément aux exigences provinciales en matière de licences, tout en maintenant des niveaux de production et des relations avec les clients adéquats.

Enquête, collecte et analyse des informations sur les réclamations Évalue la couverture, la responsabilité et le quantum Négocie, règle et finalise les réclamations Enregistrement, rapport et présentation précis des fichiers Maintien de la facturation exacte et des relevés de temps et de dépenses Travailler avec le gestionnaire pour maintenir les relations avec les clients

Qualifications

Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience technique dans le traitement des sinistres automobiles et immobiliers commerciaux Une formation postsecondaire dans un domaine lié à l'assurance sera considérée comme un atout La désignation CIP ou en voie d'obtenir la désignation CIP est requise Licence avec capacité de maintenir une licence de réglage complète Solides compétences en informatique et en production de rapports, notamment Office 365 et Windows 10 Un joueur d'équipe avec des compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite Forte capacité analytique et mathématique Capable de gérer plusieurs priorités Solides compétences en informatique, y compris des compétences basées sur les applications Suivre des cours de formation continue selon les exigences de Crawford and Company, de la province ou d'une association professionnelle
