Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For

·You will work hand in hand with the franchise owner helping he or she achieve their operational and financial goals and build a workplace of choice. You will supervise multiple service professionals and ensure they understand roles and responsibilities.

·You’ll set the organizational conditions for our service professionals to provide crucial services for our customers’ homes and families. Here are the things you’ll be responsible for:

· Training – You’ll implement an ongoing training program to ensure your team members have the most up to date knowledge, skills and abilities to perform their jobs.

· Managing Day to Day Operations – You’ll manage field administrative, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

· Perform follow up calls to customers and convert open estimates to jobs and assign appropriate service professional.

· Finding new clientele by visiting and cold calling to establish trust and new relationships for long lasting customers.

· Establish Strategies and Tactics to accomplish initiatives – You’ll achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction levels set by the franchise owner.

· Following Our Mr. Rooter Plumbing Process – You’ll supervise our proven process, from greeting the customer to collecting payment.

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this Service Labor position:

· Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable – you’ll be driving our company vehicle.

The starting pay range for this position is a salary of $38.00/hr to $45.00/hr, depending on your level of experience doing similar work and performance.
