The Senior HRIS Analyst supports the global design and administration of our core HR system of record. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with HR on strategy and provide proactive system solutions with a strong focus on driving the continuous improvement of automation, self-service, employee experience and data integrity.


Responsibilities:
  • Partners with assigned HR Centers of Excellence to drive HRIS roadmap
  • Strong member of technology community to understand and implement best practices and key HR trends
  • Reviews all Oracle Release information and attended Oracle product webinars to enhance learnings of new functionality that can be utilized and implemented in the existing Oracle System.
  • Collaborates with and provide superior services to internal customers
  • Liaison with support role(s) on process, workflow, and training
  • Uses data to drive decision making and solve for root cause
  • Configures and evaluates the various system solutions to best meet the organization’s needs while leveraging technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer oriented
  • Develops reports and dashboards from customers strategy, goals, and requirements
  • Assists with other HR projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ year’s experience in HRIS system administration to include recent experience with Oracle HCM and/or HR Service Delivery Product with ServiceNow
  • Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring HR partners and our employees have the best tools, processes, and user experience
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the company; ability to manage by influence
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of professional experience within HR systems
  • Experience with the complexity of global projects
