About the Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of various transportation and logistics processes.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Prep sensors for the provisioning team

Ship Arctic Wolf hardware to customers globally

Ship Arctic Wolf employee equipment to and from our North American sites

Work with AWN Provisioning department to assist in their shipment queues

Help to create shipping best practices

Monitor shipments that are held up for invoicing or shipping exceptions and work with our partners to get them releases

Assist with the return of Arctic Wolf assets at the customers

Key Skills

Effective verbal and written communicator

Strong attention to detail

MS Office skills

High degree of customer orientation

Critical thinking

Computer literacy

Adept at work automation tools

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of electronic appliances

Experience managing multiple shipping queues

Experience with ERP Systems

Experience communicating with customers and external vendors, shipping and returns of computer/electronic equipment globally

Some prior technical education, High School diploma or GED

Knowledge of inventory and assets management and shipping interfaces

Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks in priority order

Some experience in shipping and returns of computer / electronic equipment globally

Environment and Physical Demands

Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.

Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.

If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.

In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations.

May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g. office chair, reams of paper).
