Accompagné(e) par notre Responsable de filiale US basé à Miami, vous serez le contact privilégié pour le marché canadien. En tant que premier salarié sur le sol canadien, vos missions seront variées et évolueront avec le développement et le fort potentiel business de l’entreprise. Ce poste requiert de l’autonomie, un esprit entrepreneurial, une forte appétence pour l’opérationnel et la polyvalence, ainsi qu'un état d’esprit orienté vers les solutions.
Vos missions principales :
ADV/Logistique
Service client et SAV : Gestion du standard et service client par mail et téléphone. Saisie des commandes : B to B, Web, Amazon et Grands comptes, facturation, préparation des bordereaux d’expédition, encaissement des factures. Organisation du freight : Coordination des envois. Approvisionnements : Suivi avec le Responsable de la filiale US. Support à l’entrepôt : Packing, picking, shipping, réception de palettes, inventaires, gestion des envois aux influenceurs, envoi et suivi des échantillons.Ventes
Suivi des leads : Réception et suivi des leads provenant du site web, ainsi que ceux générés lors des salons. Prise de commandes : Gestion des commandes par téléphone.Missions PDS INC. US
Diversification des tâches : Participation éventuelle à des missions pour la filiale américaine, incluant Trade Marketing et Marketing Digital.Profil recherché
Formation : Jeune diplômé avec une expérience en entreprise (stage ou alternance). Langues : Maîtrise courante de l’anglais. Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise du Pack Office, notamment Excel, et aisance avec les outils informatiques. Adaptabilité : Capacité d’adaptation, d’organisation et de priorisation du travail. Autonomie et créativité : Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome, à faire preuve de créativité et de flexibilité.
