The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to the execution of marketing campaigns. This role involves a mix of administrative duties and hands-on marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with email marketing campaigns, including crafting emails and maintaining contact lists.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Creativity: Strong writing and design skills for content creation (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
