DescriptionJob Description:
As a Marketing Assistant at Lift Forward Direct, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media, and conducting market research. You will assist in coordinating events, preparing promotional materials, and analyzing marketing data to help boost the company’s growth and reach. 
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media accounts and online presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing events and assist in event planning.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.
  • Assist with the development of content for the website, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing software and tools is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous marketing experience is an asset but not required.
