YOUR CHALLENGE

Optimize customer profitability by applying pricing strategies, analyzing customer profitability and maintaining an efficient bidding process while ensuring that the company's objectives for growth, market share, profitability and customer satisfaction are met.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall operational management of the customer profitability team (hiring, orientation, training, development, evaluation); Formulate and recommend team objectives; Apply and monitor policies and procedures aimed at improving customer profitability; Contribute to business development in collaboration with other business units. Apply and maintain the company's pricing strategy; Develop and maintain a pricing matrix according to corporate criteria; Ensure, through analysis, the integrity and competitiveness of our prices according to corporate standards; Define a commercial price monitoring system; Analyze customer buying behavior by business sector and product to maximize the pricing matrix; Coordinate and control special prices and waivers; Implement our pricing strategy and culture with sales teams; Manage administrative functions related to price maintenance; Train customer service representatives (internal and external) to understand our pricing structure and optimization tools; Produce a dashboard of pricing activity results; Develop and maintain customer profitability calculation tools; Implement various strategies to improve customer profitability; Plan, direct and control the major bidding process, optimizing the success rate; Ensure safe working practices by adhering to health and safety standards; Produce any other performance analysis files relevant to the company.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS

Achievement of the profitability objectives of the company;  Achievement of gross margin gains objectives;  Achievement of success and revenue objectives for major submissions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, marketing option or equivalent;  3 to 5 years of experience managing a team of pricing, profitability or similar analysts; Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis;  Mastery of the basic principles of price optimization;  Bilinguism.
