YOUR CHALLENGES
Act as a leader to define and maintain a systematic approach to maximizing operational performance focused on productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, profitability, growth, innovation and efficiency.
YOUR REPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the optimization, coordination and execution of all operational activities related to Consulting Services while ensuring its profitability;
- Participate in the implementation of regional strategic plans for Consulting Services;
- Provide the team with a clear vision of the department’s objectives;
- Participate in the hiring and integration of new personnel under their supervision;
- Coach, direct and inspire staff to achieve personal and corporate goals;
- Ensure the health and safety of staff and customers in their charge;
- Ensure that expenditure is in line with budgets and company policies;
- Support business development and service offerings;
- Evaluate and report on progress toward department objectives;
- Oversee the tracking, reporting, billing and profitability of all mandates in accordance with company standards;
- Ensure cohesion between sales, coordination and deliverables;
- Participate in increasing innovation in terms of operational excellence;
- Play a supervisory role to increase innovation in terms of pedagogy and expertise for our products and services;
- Play a supervisory role in standardizing and updating the consulting services offered in Canada;
- Maintain a high standard of quality and expertise.
YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURE OF SUCCESS - EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- Completion of mandates in accordance with customer specifications and SPI standards;
- Utilization rate of billable personnel in line with SPI objectives;
- Employee retention;
- LER.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University degree or certificate;
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position;
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite and virtual conferences;
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM);
- ERP experience;
- Experience in health and safety (desirable).
