L’opportunité

Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de produit dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le gestionnaire de produit sera responsable du développement et de la gestion de nos plateformes de commerce électronique Golfavenue.ca et , en s'assurant qu'elles répondent aux besoins de nos clients et s'alignent avec nos objectifs commerciaux. Ce rôle implique de travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment l'ingénierie, la conception UX/UI et le marketing, pour fournir des solutions innovantes qui améliorent nos plateformes.

Responsabilités

Stratégie et vision du produit : Développer et communiquer une vision et une stratégie de produit claires qui correspondent aux objectifs de l'entreprise et aux demandes du marché. Planification de la feuille de route : créez et gérez une feuille de route du produit, en priorisant les fonctionnalités et les améliorations en fonction des besoins des clients, des objectifs commerciaux et de la faisabilité technique. Développement de produits : superviser le cycle de vie du développement des produits, du concept au lancement, y compris la rédaction d'exigences détaillées, la création des récits utilisateurs, l'assurance qualité et la garantie de la livraison en temps opportun de fonctionnalités/améliorations de haute qualité. Rétroaction client/données utilisateur : rassemblez et analysez les commentaires des clients, les tendances du marché, les parcours clients sur site et les indicateurs de performance de base pour supporter les décisions relatives aux produits et identifier les opportunités de croissance. Suivi des performances : définissez et suivez les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) pour mesurer le succès des produits et des initiatives. Utilisez les données pour prendre des décisions éclairées. Collaboration interfonctionnelle : communiquez clairement les mises à jour de la feuille de route/des initiatives, tout en garantissant l'alignement et l'adhésion de toutes les parties prenantes concernées. Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques en matière de produits et fournir des raisonnements clairs sur les compromis lors des discussions sur la priorisation.

Ton profil

Baccalauréat en administration, marketing, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe. Un MBA ou un diplôme/certification d’études supérieures est un plus. 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits en commerce électronique. Expérience dans la direction d'équipes interfonctionnelles (développeurs, PO, designers, etc.) Expérience avérée dans la gestion des différents aspects d'un produit tout au long de son cycle de vie Solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité d’exploiter les données pour piloter la prise de décision. Expérience avec GA4, Confluence et Jira sont considéré un atout. Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes. Capable d'articuler des concepts complexes à des publics divers et d'influencer l'organisation. Expérience avec les méthodologies Agile/Scrum et les outils de gestion de projet. Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et approche proactive pour identifier et relever les défis. Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à gérer plusieurs priorités.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results - driven Product Manager to join our Product team. The Product Manager will be responsible for the development and management of a section of our ecommerce platforms Golfavenue.ca and , ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. This role involves working closely with cross functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our platforms.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market demands. Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including writing detailed requirements, creating user stories, QA, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features/enhancements. Customer Insights/User Data: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, on-site customer journeys, and core e-commerce metrics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth. Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure success of products and features. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments. Cross-functional Collaboration: Clearly communicate roadmap/initiative updates, while ensuring alignment and buy in from all relevant stakeholders. Promote good product practices and provide clear reasonings of trade-offs in prioritization discussions.

Experiences

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree/certifications is a plus. 3-5 years of product management experience in the e-commerce industry. Experience leading cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Owners, Designers, etc.) Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Experience in GA4, Confluence, and JIRA is considered an asset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence up, down, and across the organization. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
