Sales &Purchasing Representative (Plastics)

Ourclient a key player in the expanded plastics industry is seeking aprofessional dedicated to the commercialization of its recycledplastic products particularly polypropylene. This innovativecompany stands out for its product and process engineeringexpertise providing effective and sustainable solutions to variousindustrial sectors. This strategic role aims to strengthenrelationships with clients and suppliers while activelycontributing to the organizations environmental and commercialmission.

Whatis in it foryou:

Location: Granby or Terrasse VaudreuilQC.
Salary: $80.000 to $100.000per year depending on experience with commissions or bonuses to bediscussed.
Permanent fulltimeposition: 40 hours per week.
Hybrid schedule offering flexibility between office and remotework.

Responsibilities:

Reportingdirectly to the CEO this role involves developing and executing abusiness development strategy. The incumbent will be responsiblefor leading the sales team ensuring that strategic objectives aremet and that the company continues to grow in a competitivemarket.

Promote products and services related to recycled plasticsparticularly polypropylene to meet and exceed monthly and annualsales targets.
Develop andmaintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsand suppliers.
Negotiatecontracts and terms of sale and purchase in accordance with companystandards.
Use and keep CRM toolsup to date to ensure rigorous tracking of client interactions andsales.
Collaborate with internalteams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve desiredprofitability.
Rigorously followprocedures and instructions associated with theposition.
Participate incontinuous improvement initiatives within theorganization.
Uphold and promotethe mission values and policies of theorganization.
Communicate anyupdates anomalies or particular situations to your manager orconcerned colleagues.
Perform anyother related tasks requested by the superior or necessary for theproper execution offunctions.

Whatyou will need tosucceed:

Experience in sales in the recycled plasticssector.
Bilingual in English andFrench (spoken and written) to support clients in bothlanguages.
Valid driver slicense.
Knowledge of CRMsoftware (an asset).
Communication skills.
Negotiationskills.
Clientoriented and ableto establish trustbasedrelationships.
Autonomy and senseof initiative.
Collaborativespirit and ability to work in ateam.
