About the role

This role will give you the chance to:
Plan logistics and allocate team resources.
Ensure compliance with our policies and manage risks.
Provide leadership to a competent and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Use one of the most powerful financial tools in the industry: Oracle Fusion.
What you will do here:
Coordinate, plan and optimize day-to-day operations.
Adopt a strategic approach with the various departments to achieve the company's
Leverage knowledge sharing and collective intelligence to find solutions and continuously improve our processes.
Design, organize and manage a continuous training calendar.
Support the Unit Manager in evaluating team performance.
Ensure quality of service and compliance with best practices.
Collaborate and respond to auditor requests.
Coach and mentor the team in professional development opportunities.
Participate in project planning and execution.
Identify opportunities to optimize the performance of technological tools.
What you bring to the table:
Completed college diploma in accounting.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in financial operations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel). Strong time and priority management skills.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset.
No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
