We are looking for an Acquisition Integration Manager to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta on a full time basis.

What the Role Entails:

Responsible for the successful integration of acquisitions. Promoting BrokerLink culture including: Customer Experience/NPSTeam Building#OneTeamService focused culture – top notch customer serviceEmployee Engagement Assisting with Due Diligence and identifying potential gaps pre and post-acquisition Acquisition announcement to new offices – virtual/hands on Manager support: Setting up with a BrokerLink Branch Champion Training for Epic, Epic Reports, PowerBI, UltiProBrokerLink initiatives info: Employee Appreciation DayShout outOvationsUnited WayWomentumEmployee Engagement SurveyCulture of Growth Manager forms/procedures Liaison to Directors, Teams, Branch Managers and Branch Champions Contact on Company Acquisition LettersLicensing reviewsHR Assistance with new employeesPayment processesEquipment rolloutEpic Integration and go-liveTelephony Update to UC (TC2/TC3)Broker codes/sanctionsVendor NotificationsBook RolloversPreparing Integration action plans – if issues arise

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related management work experience Minimum 5 years Insurance Industry Experience Knowledge of agile methodology and design-thinking methodology in an asset Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across the company Proven track record of successful implementation of projects and managing team effectiveness Passionate: Inspiring and engaging people, you can effectively manage large projects You rely on others’ candid feedback for continuous improvement You are always looking to drive towards the next innovation that can change the broker and customer experience You convert strategy into action, you have personable, effective, and confident manner with the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders You thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, ever-evolving environment You are always striving for excellence
